Fulfilling orders and providing support; operating and securing our sites; analytics and improving our services; marketing and advertising, including email/SMS and online advertising; and complying with legal obligations.

We disclose personal information to service providers who process it on our behalf (payment processing, shipping, our e-commerce platform, email/SMS providers).
We also use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising. Under the CCPA, our use of certain advertising cookies and pixels to deliver targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered “selling” or “sharing” personal information. Specifically:

We disclose personal information to service providers who process it on our behalf: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), our payment processor, and our email marketing provider (Omnisend).

These parties are contractually restricted to using the information only to provide services to us.
Advertising and analytics: “selling” and “sharing.” Depending on the site and its configuration, we may use analytics and advertising technologies that, under the CCPA, involve the selling or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. These may include:
· Google (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, and Google/DoubleClick advertising services);
· Meta/Facebook (Meta Pixel); and
· embedded social media content, such as from X (Twitter).
The categories that may be sold or shared are identifiers (including cookie and device IDs), internet/network activity, commercial information, and inferences. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16 years of age.
