Python Livestock Insecticide Dust is used to control horn flies, lice, ticks and keds and to aid in the control of face flies, stable flies and other nuisance flies. Approved for use on lactating and non-lactating dairy cattle, beef cattle, sheep, goats and horses. Contains Zeta-cypermethrin and piperonyl butoxide. Apply up to 2 oz. per animal.

Python dust contains aphotostable formula of piperonyl butoxide for long-lasting activity in sunlight.
Active Ingredients: Zeta-cypermethrin, S-enantiomer, S-Cyano (3-phenoxyphenyl) methyl (Â±) cis/trans 3-(2,2-dichloroethenyl)-2,2 dimethylcyclopropane-carboxylate, Piperonyl Butoxide, (butylcarbityl)(6-propylpiperonyl) ether and related compounds.

Manufacturers Warnings:

Harmful if absorbed through skin. Avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothing. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling. This pesticide is extremely toxic to aquatic organisms, including fish and invertebrates. To protect the environment, do not allow pesticide to enter or run off into storm drains, drainage ditches, gutters or surface waters. Applying this product in calm weather when rain is not predicted for the next 24 hours will help to ensure that wind or rain does not blow or wash pesticide off the treatment area.

For Beef and Dairy Cattle, Sheep, Goats and Horses: Can be applied by dust bag, shaker can, dusting glove and mechanical dust applicator. Do not use concurrently with insecticide ear tags containing zeta-cypermethrin or cypermethrin. Do not apply with power duster equipment. Do not enter or allow others to enter until dusts have settled. Horn flies, lice, face flies, stable flies, ticks and keds (direct application): Apply up to 2 oz. (6 tablespoons) of dust per animal evenly into the hair over the head, ears, neck, shoulders, back and tailhead. For spinose ear ticks, apply approximately 1/3 ounce (1 tablespoon) inside each ear. For stable flies, apply also to legs. Repeat as necessary but not more often than once in 3 days.
